Coaching
We coach people at every stage of their work journey - from individuals navigating career transitions, to founders looking to reset, to leaders who want to build healthier, more resilient teams. Our coaching blends clarity, resilience, and regenerative thinking so you can thrive at work and beyond.
Our certification programs prepare you to become a certified workplace health coach. Built on ICF-aligned competencies and mapped to global standards (think HCANZA, NBHWC, and UKIHCA), our certification training takes you from entry-level foundations through to advanced practice, equipping you to coach individuals, teams, and organisations to align wellbeing and impact through work.
Most coaching programs focus only on personal growth or leadership. Kinwork goes further. We combine coaching excellence with the science of health, wellbeing, and planetary sustainability. That means you’ll learn how to support individuals, influence organisations, and contribute to a regenerative future.
Our regenerative framework is a bespoke system that helps organisations balance performance with purpose. It weaves together five elements - Purpose & Strategy, People & Leadership, Systems & Performance, Planet & Responsibility, and Impact & Accountability, to create workplaces that are resilient, sustainable, and future-ready.
Regeneration goes further than zero harm. We actively aim to prevent harm and restore the historical damage to the planet that we're witnessing now.
No. Our Level 1 certification is designed for new entrants, while our gap training and advanced diplomas support experienced practitioners. Wherever you’re starting from, there’s a place for you in the Kinwork ecosystem.

Not at all. We coach individuals, leaders, and practitioners as much as we work with organisations. Whether you want personal clarity, team support, or systemic change, Kinwork provides the tools to help you get there.
The best place to start is with coaching. Explore our one-to-one sessions like Founder Reset, Work Transition Coaching, or our Leadership series. These are available now and designed to help you find clarity, build resilience, and move forward with purpose.
