What you'll learn
Our Level 1 program is designed for new entrants who want to build a professional foundation in health and wellbeing coaching. You’ll gain:

- An introduction to our bespoke regenerative approach connecting health with work and planetary wellbeing

Why Kinwork
Well, for starters, we teach the only program of its kind.
Most (actually all) coaching programs teach health coaching or workplace (i.e. leadership) coaching in isolation of each other. That shouldn't be the case as work is an important social determinant of health, and work (and workplaces) come with their own unique set of rules, cultures and conditions - that significantly impact wellbeing.
At Kinwork, we teach you the bigger picture: how health, work, and the environment are connected, and how by empowering our workforce, we can improve not only their health, but work to address some of today's greatest challenges.
Our coaches are trained not only to help individuals thrive, but also to support workplaces and communities thrive in the face of change.
Work is an important social determinant of health, but health coaching doesn’t consider work, and work / leadership / career coaching doesn’t consider health.
We exist to fill that gap.

Certification and Recognition
This program aligns with HCANZA standards for accredited health coaches, opening the door to professional recognition in Australia and New Zealand. It also lays the foundation for future study aligned to ICF, NBHWC, HCA, and UKIHCA pathways internationally. Behind the scenes, we are actively progressing formal certification processes to ensure our graduates gain the highest possible recognition (and benefit from directly transferable skills). Whilst we can’t share every detail just yet, our commitment to achieving these benchmarks is unwavering - because trust, transparency and credibility is at the heart of everything we do.
