Our Referral Partner Program is for people who want to share Kinwork’s courses and offerings with their network and be rewarded when their referrals become paying customers.
You may be a consultant, coach, allied health professional, OHS practitioner, HR leader, educator, content creator, business owner or someone with a trusted professional network.
You do not need a huge audience - what matters most is alignment.
We’re looking for referral partners who believe work can be designed to support human health, organisational performance and planetary responsibility.

Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link, code or written referral process.Share Kinwork with your network
You can share Kinwork through email, LinkedIn, private messages, webinars, podcast mentions, newsletters, professional networks or direct introductions.Your referral becomes a paying customer
When someone purchases an eligible Kinwork offer through your link, code or approved introduction, the referral is recorded.You receive commission
Commission is paid after the payment has cleared and the refund period has passed.

No you don’t. The Kinwork referral program is also open to individuals. Please discuss participating with your accountant as any commissions earned may be considered as income for tax purposes.

Yes, you must be over 8 years to be eligible for our Referral partner program.

Referral partners must be clear when they may receive commission or another benefit from a referral.
For example, you can say:
‘I’m a Kinwork referral partner, which means I may receive a commission if you enrol through my link.’
Or:
‘This is a referral link. If you choose to enrol, I may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.’
Referral partners must not:
make misleading claims about Kinwork, accreditation, income outcomes or guaranteed career results
represent themselves as employees, agents or official spokespeople of Kinwork
suggest that Kinwork is suitable for every person or organisation
provide tax, legal, clinical or financial advice on Kinwork’s behalf
send unsolicited marketing emails or messages
use paid advertising with Kinwork brand terms unless approved in writing
alter Kinwork materials in a way that changes their meaning
promise discounts, bonuses or outcomes that Kinwork has not approved
