These 60-minute, 1:1 coaching sessions combine evidence-based coaching with workplace health, systems thinking, and practical work design principles. Together, we strengthen clarity, agency, and sustainable decision making - enabling you to shape work in ways that support dignity, capability, and contribution over time.

This is not about ‘coping’ or lowering expectations. It’s about building environments and practices where people can participate at work fully, safely, and productively - for the long term.

    If you can not make your appointment time, you must contact us no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule. Kinwork is a social enterprise and as such, we are unable to refund appointment cancellations made after this time.
